Rally Your People is where strategy meets your organization’s culture. The stage has four suits:
- Key Players (11 cards)
The stakeholders who will support, participate in, or sponsor the program. - Challenges to Address (10 cards)
The obstacles that could threaten it. - Communication Channels (14 cards)
How each stakeholder group stays informed and engaged. - Support Resources (16 cards)
What each group needs to participate effectively.
After sorting all four suits, players connect them: Challenges map to the Key Players who can help address them, Communication Channels to the groups they reach, and Support Resources to the groups that need them.
Sort Key Players and Challenges first. The Support Resources your Key Players will need are easier to see once these piles have been sorted.
