The deck moves through three stages, each one narrowing your focus from strategy to launch:
- Stage 1: Set Your Foundation
The strategic start. Four core decisions: your program's purpose, how you'll measure success, what participants will develop, and how you'll track their growth. - Stage 2: Rally Your People
Where strategy meets your organization's culture: your key players, the challenges that could threaten the program (and who can help you overcome them), how you'll communicate, and what each group needs. - Stage 3: Plan Your Pilot
The tactical finish: your pilot's scale, duration, participants, recruiting, and how you'll pair mentors with mentees.
For each stage, you'll sort cards into yes or no to narrow the number of cards down to the strategies that fit your organization. The order is deliberate: your foundational decisions get locked in before you reach the details.
