Recent highlights

• Completing Master's degree in Information Design and Strategy with specialization in Learning Design (graduating December 2025)
• Developing capstone project exploring connectivism, peer mentoring, workplace learning ecosystems, and AI for practical upskilling applications (lots of nerd words here—happy to elaborate!)
• Contributing to organizational change by developing toolkits, performance management frameworks, and L&D resources for evolving Product & UX roles
• Designed instructional strategy for Figma adoption training that helped 1,000+ people transition smoothly to new design tools and workflows
• Helped shape UX design critique ceremonies from concept to implementation, creating facilitator playbooks and operational processes that elevated quality standards

I’ve been an adjunct faculty member at Austin Community College’s Visual Design department.  While I don’t teach any longer, I am still a member of the Curriculum Advisory Committee for ACC’s UX/UI associates degree program.

I’m a surprisingly social introvert

I co-founded the Austin chapter of Ladies That UX. This local UX meet-up boasted over 500 members and was the first LTUX chapter in North America. I’ve also served as Co-Director of Programs and Events for UXPA Austin.
